The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring development programs and projects in Puntland State of Somalia. Our mission is to promote sustainable development, reduce poverty, and improve the quality of life for all citizens.
We work closely with government institutions, international partners, and local communities to implement development initiatives that align with the National Development Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
